Timmy has trouble understanding when he should tell his teacher something. He gets tattling and telling mixed up.

When someone or you is being hurt, you can come and tell me, but if the problem can be solved on your own try that first.

Sometimes he will tattle when things are not done his way. When Timmy was told that he could be line leader, and sam cut in front of him he went to the teacher to tattle.

Mrs. B asked Timmy if he had politely asked Sam to move, before coming to her. Timmy was then reminded of the lesson they had that morning. He realized his mistake, and went to 

Sam can I be line leader today; it is my turn.
