A frogs life cycle

Frogs don't just magically appear frogs come from eggs. They are not    mammals and you can tell because mammals don't lay eggs. Now your probably asking yourself the same question as I am what comes  first the frog or the egg. Female frogs lay up too 1000 eggs.

This is a tadpole there are multiple stages of tadpoles. The first stage is a tadpole with no legs, the last  stage is when they grow two legs. it is amazing how frogs transform as they go through their life cycle!

Froglets is the last stage before they become adult frogs. Froglets have four legs and a tail, Froglets tails will shrink slowly.

Now there a fully grown adult frog. Life cycles repeat the female frog will have eggs once again and every thing will just repeat from there.

Frogs eat insects such as worms, snails, slugs and even flies.

Frogs normally live in the wild. But some people do have them as pets. Frogs have three different types of places they will live in the wild depending what type of frog they are and what stage their in. Tadpoles can only live in water. Frogs will live in water or land. Well as tree frogs as you mite have guessed live in forest. 

What frogs look like

Most frogs have soft skin and it's a bit slimy too. Frogs are green with either a tiny bit of yellow or brown or even red on them too.
