It is StoryJumper’s policy to uphold the rights of copyright owners. If you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Site and/or through the Services or used in any Product in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent identified below a compliant Digital Millennium Copyright Notice (DMCA) Takedown Notice, which must include the following information:
- Specification of Copyrighted Content. Identification of the work which is claimed to be copyrighted and infringed. This must include a description that allows the work to be clearly identified and compared to the material which is alleged to be an infringement.
- Location of Infringing Material. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, or to be the subject of infringing activity, and that is to be removed, or access to which is to be disabled The information reasonably sufficient to permit StoryJumper to locate the material and must include the specific URLs for each infringing instance.
- Contact Information. Information reasonably sufficient to permit StoryJumper to contact you, including as your name, address, telephone number, as well as email, if available. If the DMCA is being submitted by your authorized agent, their contact information may be substituted.
- Good Faith Statement. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.
- Statement Under Perjury. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly being infringed.
- Signature. A physical or electronic signature of the you as the owner of the copyright interest or the signature of your authorized agent.

Upon receipt of a compliant DMCA Takedown Notice, StoryJumper will investigate the claim, take appropriate action and serve the notice on our Member. If a member submits a DMCA Counter-Notice, StoryJumper will forward such notice to the party that submitted the relevant DMCA Takedown Notice and allow the member to repost the disputed content after 10 days, as provided by law. StoryJumper reserves the right to terminate membership privileges of any Member who repeatedly infringes the copyright rights of others, as determined in StoryJumpers sole discretion.
