First off you need to learn how to throw and catch. Here are 3 steps to throwing:

1. Turn your right foot right and your left foot right then take a big step.

2. Put your thumb on the bottom of the ball and  two fingers on the top (pointer finger and middle finger).

3. Let go of the ball.

 *aim at there chest*

Here are 2 easy steps to catch:

1: Put the glove in front of your chest and move where ball goes.

*move your feet*

2. For extra support put your pointer finger on the top of your glove.
