I remember one day, I went to the store with my mom when I was young . While there, we walked past some Curious George plush toys; excited, I stopped in my tracks to look at the toy. He had on a red t-shirt with the words "Curious George" written in small yellow words across it; I was fascinated by the toy that I did not realize my mom had kept walking to find what we came there to buy.

"Courtney," she called out, wondering where I wandered off to, so I grabbed one of the toys from the display and went to find my mom. "Mommy, can I have this, please?" I asked her after finally finding her in the cleaning aisle. She did not hear me, so I stepped in front of her holding up the stuffed monkey for her to see. My mom looked down at me, sighing, "Go ahead and put it in the cart, Courtney, but you better not lose or leave it anywhere." I cheered happily and put the toy inside the cart, and held on so my mom would not lose sight of me again before checking out. We approached the register, and my mom paid for everything. The sales lady handed me the toy, then we left to go out to the car then headed home.

Later that night, I got ready for bed and put Curious George beside me; holding him tight, I fell asleep for the night. I decided to call him Monkey for short instead of Curious George. My mom stayed up late to pack my suitcase before going to bed herself.

The following week, my cousin Kimberly from Atlanta called my mom and asked if I could stay a few weeks with her. She would take me to the aquarium and World of Coca-Cola Factory, and that she would pick me up. After my mom said it was okay, we decided to pack; I grabbed Monkey bringing him along for the trip to help me sleep at night since I would be away from my mom. My mom noticed that I had Curious George in my arms and said, "Whatever you do, sweetheart, keep up with him. Although, I think you should leave the monkey here."
Then again, my mom thought about how Curious George would probably keep me calm and help me sleep at night, being 3 hours away from home. Kim then put my suitcase in her Jeep and waited for me to hug my mom and get in before driving off. We finally arrived in downtown Atlanta later that evening, Kim looked back in her mirror to check on me, but to her surprise, I slept the whole ride there from North Carolina through South Carolina and even crossing into Georgia.

We pulled into Kimberly's driveway. She woke me up and grabbed my suitcase taking it inside her house while I got out, running inside holding my stuffed monkey by his arm. "Welcome to Atlanta!" Kim said excitedly, looking at me from upstairs over the balcony. Curiously, I went upstairs to look around, still holding Curious George. Going from room to room until I found my cousin in the guest bedroom where I would be sleeping.
"Hi, Kim!" She looked down at me, smiling and laughed, then asked, "Are you ready to go to the soda factory?" "Yes!" I said, jumping up and down, setting my monkey on the bed. She then told me to get some rest, and we would go tomorrow morning after breakfast. I changed into my pajamas as Kim left to her room and went to sleep for the night.
The following day when I woke up and showered, then got dressed for our trip to the World of Coca-Cola Factory. Kimberly was already dressed and had breakfast on the table to eat on the way there. A few minutes later, we arrived at the factory and got out walking inside after giving them our tickets for the tour. We watched a short video about how coca-cola was made and the significance of the glass bottles it used to come in. Lastly, we went to the "Taste It" room, which consisted of sodas from all over the world. My favorite was the sodas from South America and only one flavor from Asia. After tasting all of the different sodas, we went to the gift store. Kim checked her watch, and we had enough time to go to the aquarium.

My favorite to see were the penguins and polar bears. After seeing all of the aquarium animals, it was lunchtime by the time we left the gift shop; of course, I got another stuffed animal. We headed back to the parking lot to get in the car and got a pizza from Pizza Hut on the way back to my cousin's house, "Did you enjoy yourself, Court?" She asked me since I was wide awake this time. "Yes! but I am ready to eat now." I said, holding my stomach as it growled, letting me know it was time to eat now. Kimberly nodded, going through the drive-thru to pick up the pizza she already ordered while we were at the aquarium. Thankfully she remembered that I only liked all meat on pizza known as the Meat Lover's pizza.
