step1: Switch on the oven at 180*C

Step 2: Grate your orange, lemon and tangerine.

Step 3: Put the ground almonds, the sifted flour and the grated rinds in the large bowl

Add sugar, cocoa and cinnamon and mix well all the ingredients

Step 5: Emily

After you mix well the dry ingredients, add the orange flower water and then start pouring some water and mix it well.

Step 6: Lee

Keep pouring water until all the mixture becomes a pastry
