In the woods, there was a small village. There was a small gray cat wandering in the woods looking for a friend. The small gray cat was lonely and had no one to play with. She really wanted to find a home with a nice warm bed. She wanted a friend and a name to call her own. 

As the cat was wandering, she found a large dog named Ralph. He was so big and furry! His tongue hung out of his mouth with drool making everything wet around him. He was running and sniffing every stick he could find. The small gray cat tried to keep up with Ralph but he was too fast. The small gray cat meowed as loud as she could at Ralph to say, "Will you be my friend?" Ralph barked back "No, I don't have time for a friend, I need to find the perfect stick!" 

The small gray cat walked around until she spotted a moving rock! She slowly approached the moving rock and then pounced on top of it. The moving rock started talking and said "Hey, that's my home you jumped on!" The small gray cat was surprised and realized the moving rock was a turtle named Tank. "Can I live in your home with you and be your friend?" asked the small gray cat. Tank replied, "Well, my shell is my home and there is only room for one." Tank and the small gray cat walked away in different directions. 

As the small gray cat was traveling through the woods she heard a loud growl. She jumped into the closest bush! She peeked out of the bush and saw a big brown bear named Gerald. The loud noise that she heard was Gerald's Tummy growling so she ran away as fast as she could before the bear could eat her.
