Jacob Snider has been living the dream, literally.
His crazy dream came true, and he has already faced 4th grade, stupid evil people, and black hole beings. But his dream is only going to get worse. After all, he still has the majority of it left.
Jacob had just earned, of all things, a puzzle piece. "What good is a puzzle piece, with nothing to connect it to?!" Jacob exclaimed. He threw it down, and stomped on the poor piece. It didn't break. So Jacob stormed off, ranting about his dream and how stupid it was. But when he got back, the puzzle piece was gone.
Jacob looked all around, realizing just how important the puzzle piece was. He searched all over the place, but the piece was nowhere to be found. So, very reluctantly, Jacob jumped the fence, and began to search the woods beyond the school property.
Jacob had only searched past the first two meters when the world swirled out again, and once again Jacob was in the black hole. "Jacob" the voice boomed, "You have no faith in my plan, do you? That puzzle piece will help you, but it will not be there to save you in the end if you mistreat it now. Do you understand?" "I understand" Jacob said meekly. The puzzle piece reappeared, in perfect condition. "I will let you go this time, Snider, but be warned. If you mistreat this piece again, well, say goodbye." the voice said. "Now, go! Finish your dream, and hopefully I will not have to talk to you again like this." And Jacob was back in the real world.
Jacob lifted up the puzzle piece to look at it. It was blank, and looked like a corner. "Oh, well" Jacob sighed. He stuffed the piece into his pocket, and continued forward.
