Every Morning Tommy is dropped off at his Preschool while his mom goes off to work. They wave goodbye and give a hug and she leaves. Tommy and I then go and get ready to eat Breakfast.

Walking into the classroom Tommy instantly recognizes his friend Ryan and waves saying his name "Ryan!" He walks over and starts telling him a story of riding his back on a trail last weekend with his dad and how he found a snake.
During class time I pass out papers to help with letters of the alphabet and I realize that Tommy is already copying some capitol letters. I bend down and look at his paper, he's done the letter A, B and C. I smile "Great job Tommy. This is awesome" He smiles back at me and tells me he's been practicing and I smile back.

During circle time we are reading "If you gave a mouse a cookie" I end up stopping at the part where the mouse goes to see his mustache, I ask the children what they think will happen next and Tommy says "He will ask for a napkin."

During free play I watch Tommy as he plays with other kids, they're all sitting in a circle and one of the girls ask Tommy if he remembers the song we learned in class last week. He smiles "I do, it was called Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes!" Tommy leads them in the song.

The kids just came back inside from playing on the playground and I have them line up "I want to go in order and have you guys say your full name, if you don't know it that's fine! Just try your best" I get to Tommy and he smiles at me and says "Tommy Way" I smile back at him "Good job Tommy"
