This is another story about Fern the turtle. I hope you like it!  

This is Ferns family. 

Hey Amara, it's time for you to go to camp. and Jackson, you signed up to, remember? 

Ok mom. I'll bring Jackson with me. c'mon Jackson!

Oh, fine. I'll go. see ya mom.

Well, Fern. What are you going to do with your sister?

I don't know, Can I swim around though?

So, Fern swam off with her big sister. Fern was hungry, so she went to some seaweed and nipped it. "yum." Fern said. Her sister nipped it to. "yum," she said. Ferns sisters name is Aki (ock-ee). Aki swam around feeling tired. "did we have to leave mom?" asked Aki. "yes, I was excited to do an adventure with you!" Fern said. 

"No,no, we are not doing an adventure!" said Aki. "to late! catch me if you can!" said Fern, swimming off. "No, please Fern, please," said Aki, weakly. Fern was swimming faster and faster. chomp! "FERN!!!!" yelled Aki. Fern was swallowed by a shark."Blech!" The shark barfed out Fern. "you taste so gross!' Said the shark. He swam off. "eeww." said Fern. There was a strong current taking Fern to the middle of nowhere. "Aki!!!" called Fern. Aki didn't answer. Fern was lost.

AAAH!!!

uuug, hey salmon! can you tell me where I am? 

Your at the start of the great salmon journey. It's a long journey for salmon to go to there salmon home!

oh... do you mind if I come with you?

No. you can come if you want! but this is a dangerous journey. only few salmon can survive.

"oh, well I hope I survive! and all the other salmon to," Fern said. "Well, I don't think at least four salmon will survive!" said the salmon. "well, anyways, let's begin our journey!" said the salmon. "oh, by the way, my name is Strike." Said the salmon. "My name is Fern!" Fern said. 

That group of salmon is my group. you can come with me.
