There was once a baby turtle born, small and curious. She was nothing like her brothers and sisters. The baby turtles name was Fern. She went to some seaweed and swam around it, then bit it. Ferns mother went over to Fern and said "This is seaweed,something we turtles like to eat." So, Fern nipped it again.

"Num num." said Fern, as she kept biting it. The water moved, breaking the sea's stillness. "Something's nearby... it must be a shark!" said Ferns mother. A shark appeared out of nowhere.

"Get on my back everyone!"Said Ferns mother, talking to fern and the others. Fern didn't hear her mother, so she went swimming as fast as she could, into the shadows.
