My Son, Sarvesh Singh, for narrating the voice of Ravi.

Ravi and Jerry lived next to each other. They loved playing cricket on the playground. When suddenly, Ravi stopped coming out to play.

Hey Ravi, I haven't seen you on the playground in a really long time. Is everything okay at home? I hear a lot of screaming and crying coming from your house.

I don't feel like playing anymore.
My dad gets mad when I do wrong things. It is not his fault. It is my fault.

What does he do when he gets mad, Ravi?

He beats me. He hits me, punches me, and he even kicks me. It is my fault not his fault.

Ravi, it is not okay for someone to do that to you, even if it is your daddy. It does not matter what you do. That is called Physical Abuse.

What is Physical Abuse?

Physical Abuse is when someone is hurting you when you do not want them to, by hitting, punching and even kicking. That is a bad touch.

A good touch is when someone shakes your hand, gives you a high five and even a hug.

I did not know that. When he beats me, he leaves marks all over my body. He even beats mama when she tries to stop him. We are really scared of him.

You need to tell someone, Ravi. There are people in the protective services that can help you.

Who can I tell?

It can be anyone from the, The Children's Authority and the Police Service. Their job is to protect and keep everyone safe.

Come on Ravi, let's go talk to my mom and she can help us call someone from the protective service.
