Jen was sound asleep when her closet swished open and something groaned inside it. Jen woke up and as fast as she could and bounced down the stairs.

"Mama, Mama, there's something in my closet!" Jen yelled.

"There is nothing in your closet, dear." Mother said.

"Okay Mom." Jen went back up to her room to go to sleep again. 

She didn't open her window but it was open. Jen rushed downstairs and woke her mom up.

"Mama, Mama, there's something near my window!" Jen said.

"Jen, there is nothing near your window." Mom said sleepily. "Now go back to bed."

"Okay mom." 

Jen went up to her room and heard a noise 

under her bed.

She went downstairs and woke mom up.

"Mama, Mama there's something under my bed!" She exclaimed. Her dad rose from his bed. "I'll go check darling."

"Thank you!" Jen and her dad went to her room. Something ran to her dresser and stood very still in front of it.

"Daddy-" The creature interrupted her and let out a huge roar.
