Ghost Fighter 1: The Ghosts Of Derakin

 A mystery character is telling the story. Who is it? We will find out in the future. 

                      Chapter 1: Ghost Lab

One day when I was coming back from school, I saw that my basement staircase was painted black, I got scared. I tiptoed into the basement and switched on the light. I saw a red button next to a box. I started to walk to the button.  As I was walking to the button, a box hit me in the head. I was knocked out on the floor. When I woke up, I was in bed, sleeping. 

I ran to the basement and pressed the button. When I pressed it, a door opened up. It was a lab. There was a lab under, my house?! There was acid on the solid floor when you go through the entrance. There was a small wooden plank outside the lab door, so I used that to get across. Success! I got inside the lab.

I saw potions, more acid, and dead humans. But there were 2 humans who caught my eye. My mom and dad. Dead. I cried. Just then a ghost came out and said, “now it’s your turn to join them!” The ghost teleported to the entrance of the lab and started chasing me. I ran around the lab trying to loop around and escape. I saw a book about turning humans into zombies. I threw it at the ghost. It went through! “What the heck! It just went through.” I saw a potion labeled “weakness potion”, I threw it at the ghost. The ghost fell to the floor

“Now’s my chance,” I said. I ran out of the lab. I went to the garage of my house and took my bike, and went looking for the weapon store. I need to get rid of the ghost!

         I found the weapon store. I went in and took out my money. The shopkeeper said, “what do you want to buy?” I replied saying, “I understand if you don’t believe me, but there is a ghost living in a secret lab, in my basement. Can you give me a weapon to get rid of it?” “Hmm, what did the ghost look like?,” he asked. “It look a like a scientist with a green potion in it’s hand.”

“Wait, you’re not kidding are you? You just met the Evil Lab Ghost! Luckily I have 2 swords to destroy evil monsters and ghosts.” “Where is it?” “It is in my secret vault, I will go get it.” He had 2 golden swords in his hand. They started glowing a little when he handed it to me. Then he took at a blue sword of his own. “Cmon, lead me to you’re house,” he said. “Ok,” I said quickly. “Shop’s closed fellas, sorry!,” he said. I led him to my house when he got out of his shop. He said that I can call him, Erick.
     

When we got to my house, I led him to the lab. Our target, the Evil Lab Ghost is on are sight. We went, to put an end to this ghost. I was hitting the ghost. Erick took the poison and weakness potions and threw them at the ghost. The ghost threw a potion at Erick. “Erick! Are you ok?!” “Ow that hurt” He looked at the table with potions and drank a healing potion. “I’m going to rest a little,” he said. The ghost started throwing potions at me. I slashed the potions with my sword. The swords glowed brighter. Erick gasped, “You are the chosen one.” I slashed the ghost. The ghost disappeared. I destroyed it! 

Erick got up and said, “since you are the chosen one, you have a big responsibility. You have to save the world from evils. There are more ghosts. Like The Grass Ghost, or tornado ghost. There is a ghost boss named Derakin.” “Well, I will defeat them all! “I will help,” Erick said. “Ok, but for the meantime let’s make this lab our secret base, or something. 

                Chapter 2: Overgrown Plants

“Our base is finally cleaned up,” I said! “Yes, it is,” Erick replied. Blar, Blar, Blar! “What is that noise?” “It’s the alarm”, Erick said. Just then something green opened a portal and went through it. I couldn’t see what it was exactly, but it looked like a ghost. We have to go in!,” Erick said. “Let’s go then!” We jumped into the portal. What will be on the other side?

We were on the ground, lying down. We were in a jungle. Erick said he knows the ghost who lives here. “Who?,” I asked. “The Grass Ghost,” he replied. “The Grass Ghost?” “He was a guy who was hated. People threw rocks at him whenever they seen him. Later at the age of 12 they locked him in a cage made out of thick vines. He was locked for 15 years. One day a tree fell over the cage and the vines broke, and the tree fell on him and killed him. His sadness and anger turned him into a ghost, with the help of Derakin. 

“Sad, to bad we have to destroy the ghost.” “ you can get a cool jewel here, to improve you’re sword,” Erick said. “Let’s find it then,” I said. “It’s up in the cloud kingdom. We have to destroy the ghost to go up there.” “Ok, let’s find the ghost,” I said. “The jewel will also allow us to get home.” “Let’s just go find the ghost.” We we’re looking for the ghost. We couldn’t find it. Me and Erick got hit in the back of the head. When we woke up we were in a prison made with vines. “Trying to take my life huh?,” a voice said. It was a ghost. It was Grass Ghost. “It”s you’re end not mine,” grass ghost said.

“You have fire powers. Use them to burn the vine.” I tried to think of fire only. I burnt the vines and shot fire at the ghost. The ghost, destroyed. I picked up my swords off the ground, (where the ghost had left them). A staircase of clouds appeared out of nowhere. “That’s the path to the cloud kingdom,” Erick said. “Then what are we waiting for?, I said.  
There we went to the cloud kingdom. 

           Chapter 3: The Cloud Kingdom

We went up the staircase. We saw 2 cloud monster guarding the entrance. “There will be cloud monsters here, Erick said.” “Now you tell me?!” I Slash the cloud monsters with my swords. We go in. There are house made of clouds? The cloud monsters was running away. We could see a big castle. Bingo, that’s where the jewel must be.  When we got to the castle, we rushed in with our swords out. Tons of guards came at us. We destroyed all of them. 

On a throne we saw a king. He said, “you come into my castle? The Cloud King’s castle?!” “We need the jewel I said.” “The jewel is ours!”,” The Cloud King said. He took out a golden sword. It wasn’t glowing like mine though. Erick kept the cloud king busy while I took the jewel, on top of the throne. The Cloud King kicked Erick and snatched the jewel from and me. “You leave me with no choice but to summon the tornado ghost.” “He’s doing the cloud ritual to summon a powerful ghost!,” Erick said. 

The cloud king kicked both us onto the floor then took out 5 candles. Then the Cloud King said, “wind give us power. The power to summon. To summon the Tornado Ghost!” A burst of wind arose. We were blasted away. “AAAA!”. After a few seconds, we saw it. We saw the Tornado Ghost.It flew up and broke the roof of the castle. “We have to destroy it,” I said. Just then we saw the Cloud King run away. “We have to go after The Cloud King,” Erick said. “I will go after the Cloud King, you get the ghost.” “Ok,” Erick said. 

             Chapter 4: The Cloud Jewel

I tackled The Cloud King and looked at his hand. “Where’s the jewel?,” I asked. “It’s on the Tornado Ghost’s chest.” I slashed The Cloud King. Erick was fighting the Tornado Ghost. I climbed onto it’s body and took the jewel off. “We have to retreat,” I said. I used the jewel to open the portal. The Tornado Ghost went through the portal. “We have to go quick,” Erick said. “Ok,” I said. I went through the portal with Erick. We saw the ghost go through a brown portal. We went in. Another portal with surprises. 

                Chapter 5: Sandy Twisters

When we were through the portal, we were in a desert. I saw the Tornado Ghost. I slashed the ghost. Erick threw his sword at the ghost. I shot 3 light blasts. The ghost survived all that. The ghost then shot wind at me and Erick. I shot 1 final blast at the ghost. Destroyed. “Now that that’s done with let’s go home,” I said. Erick replied, “we have to get another jewel to get home. This jewel will improve you’re sword. 

There are 4 jewels that can improve you’re sword. As a matter of fact, those 4 jewels combined I with you’re sword is the only way to defeat Derakin.”“Ugh, another jewel, I guess we have to go find it. 

We were walking, south of the desert. “You sure it’s this way?,” I asked Erick. Rick replied, “south is my good luck charm. I’m sure it’s this way.” “Ok,” I said. 

               Chapter 6: The Jewel Of The

                                 Desert

We finally came across something. A small stone pad. There we saw an empty perch. “Someone had come before us,” I said. Just then we were knocked out on the floor. When we woke up we were on the sand. We got up and saw a snake human. “Welcome to my world,” he said. “My name is, Black Cobra.” We saw the jewel in his hand. 

“Give the jewel!” “Come and get.” I slashed Black Cobra. He used his snake tail of his body to trap me! My swords dropped to the sand. It’s up to Erick now. Erick knew what he had to do. He slashed Black Cobra. Black Cobra punched him. Erick fought hard. Erick threw his sword into his heart! Snake Cobra is dead. I took the jewel. “Good job,” I said. I picked up my swords. I used the jewel to get us home.

                   Chapter 7: Gaming Trouble

“I win!” “You’re good at this game,” Erick said. “Yes I am.” All of a sudden we were turning into blocks. “AAAA!!!” “Where are we?, Erick questioned.” “You are in a video game,” a voice answered. The voice then said, “beat me in a battle.” Me and Erick took out our swords. The enemy showed himself. It was a ghost, who’s name was Grizo. Erick slashed Grizo. I shot a light blast. Grizo dodged it. “Why did you tap us?” “Derakin, my master said that you are trying to destroy me, and that you are evil.” Grizo shot a lightning blast.

I dodged it. I then shot a slight light blast at Grizo. When the blast hit Grizo I said, “We are not evil. Derakin is using you.” “Really?!” “Yes,” Erick said.
“Derakin is evil.” “Then I will help you destroy him,” Grizo said. “Good.” “Can you return us to our normal world?,” Erick asked. Grizo nodded. We were teleported back to our world. “Erick, don’t you notice the jewel on Grizo’s chest?”

“That’s one of the 4 jewels to defeat Derakin,” Erick replied. “Grizo, we need that jewel.” “Why?. “We need it to defeat Derakin, Erick said. 

“Ok.” Grizo gave me the jewel. After approximately 2 seconds. We heard a noise coming from the kitchen.

                        Chapter 8: Mr. Chef

When we went to my kitchen. We saw a red button. Well this is giving me flashbacks. Always I pressed it. A kitchen with dead people was revealed. “I’m going to move out!” “You’re house is cursed,” Erick commented. We saw a ghost. I took out my sword and shot the ghost. “Well that was easy,” Grizo said.

 Grizo, Erick, do you have any idea where the last jewel is?” Grizo replied saying, “it’s in Derakin’s world.” “What!” Grizo said that he can open a portal to Derakin’s world. Grizo opened the portal. We all went through. 

                    Chapter 9: The last jewel

“This place looks scary,” I said. “Look at all the ghosts.” “The jewel will be in a cave,” Grizo said. “Where is the cave?,” I asked. “I don’t know. But in that tower over there, is Derakin’s place. Derakin has a secret bunker under his tower. That’s where he keep his secrets.” “Let’ go quick,” I said. There were to ghosts protecting the tower. I shot light blasts at them. We went into the tower. Grizo led us into Derakin’s bunker. There was a library. 

Grizo found the correct book we need. It was short. We opened it. It said that in order to find it we have to light the beacon. “What beacon?,” Erick asked. “I think it’s the big red beacon.” “Ok let’s go, I said. When we were going to go up we saw a shadow. 

“Flameper?!” “Grizo?! What are you doing?!” “I’m helping them. Derakin is using us.” “I believe you, since you are my best friend.” We went to the beacon and switched it on. A cave opened up next to it. We went in the cave. I found the jewel. I took it then used it to create a portal back home. “Now that were home we have to go to the rainbow lake. A place which can only be reached with the 4 jewels.”

I opened the portal with the jewels. We all went through.
