Have you heard of the Aesop's Fable of a 

wolf? Well, this book is no fairy tale. It is 

about wolves and their habits. 

DID YOU KNOW: The latin (Spanish-like) name for 

wolf is Canis Lupis? (Pronounced Kay-nis Luu-pis)

Large groups of wolves (usually 25 or more) 

are called Packs. Packs work together to hunt for 

animals like Elk, Caribou, and many other animals. 

Packs can also consist of just 2 wolves! But, the 

larger the pack, the better the hunt results!

DID YOU KNOW: If a wolf is a loner, it's called a 

Lone Wolf. So not all wolves live together.
