Yea, puzzles are fun to do. I like to sit there and think about how each piece is shaped and how perfectly they go together!!!

Have you heard about the crazy puzzle of Pangea and plate tectonics?

Well Pangea got it's name in the early 20th century by a man named Alfred Wegner. He's kind of old !!!

Mr.Wegner believed that millions of years ago the earth's continents were once CONNECTED!!!!!! 

Alfred Wegner said that over the past millions of years the contents have moved to where they are now. He called this a continental shift. 

how do we know to believe Alfred? 

How did he prove this was possible?

Well actually there was plenty of evidence that supported Alfred. 

When Alfred was studying this theory he realized that there was fossils from plants and even animals in other continents that were OCEANS APART!!

This is only possible if at some point the contents were some what connected
