In a kingdom located far from the mortal plane, and below Asgard, lived a greedy king named Luther. Luther lived alone, as he was far too distrustful to allow peasants in his castle. As the god of wealth, he was constantly surrounded with gold and expensive furnishings. Luther had so much wealth he often bathed in it, producing sharp TINGS and TANGS upon each stroke he took in the endless gold sea.

While it is known Luther lived in luxury with his nearly infinite supply of wealth, the same cannot be said about the mortals who lived below him. Due to his greedy ways, the peasants were deprived of all material wealth. Without money, they were forced to overgraze their lands and rely on subsistence agriculture.

The peasants struggled with keeping themselves fed. Their children barely had enough to eat, and everyone had begun to grow feeble. The fish in the nearby river had gone extinct and their pigs were passing away at alarming rates due to disease. With their lands slowly becoming less arable and farming their only source of food, they knew something had to be done.

So all the peasants gathered and held a meeting on how they should go about the future of the village. One man insisted they continue farming. "Farming is all we have ever known", he said. "Shouldn't we just settle for what we have and make the best of it?" Another man, being the adventurous and inspiring person he was, thought otherwise. "While it is true farming is all we have ever known, don't you want more? Don't you want a prosperous and exciting future for your children, one where they're not constrained by the limits of the greedy god?"

Through the inspiring words of the second man, the peasants devised a plan to dethrone the greedy god. The plan was quite genius, they were to create a fake crown and present it to the god as an offering, using his greed as a means of capturing him. They crafted the decoy from painted stones and woven hay. The man then dressed as if he were a royal prince and set out for the castle.
