I still remember my student days as if they were yesterday. I remember that I had many teachers throughout my life, and from all of them, I have learned a lot. However, one teacher marked our lives, or at least mine, Teacher Silvia.

I remember that we met her before she taught us and I must admit that I did not have a good impression of her at first, even when my classmates and I found out that she would be our English teacher we were not very happy with the news, because we had become accustomed to our old English teacher.

Until the big day arrived, my classmates and I sat at our desks to receive the class, and in the distance, we noticed our English teacher approaching our classroom.

She entered the classroom with a huge smile on her face, making us realize how happy she was to be our teacher, but our faces said, otherwise.

We were furious that our favourite teacher had been replaced. However, her face did not cease to reflect her optimism, brightness, and warmth.
