Once upon a time, there was 10 suns in the sky.

People were suffering because of hot weather. It is so hot that the crops began to die.

There was a man called Hou Yi. He was a local archer who felt great sympathy for the people’s sufferings from the blistering weather and decided to help them.

He climb a small hill and went in front of the ten suns and took his arrow.

He shot the first sun, second sun, and until there is just one sun left.

 When he pulled his bow and arrow to shoot the last Sun, some of the villages said " no don't shoot! we need at least one sun to survive".

Hou Yi thought for a while and thought that it made sense. He faced the last sun and said "I spare your life,  but you will need to be nice to all the villagers and give light to them".

After that, all the villagers live happily ever after and never worried about the sun again.
