This book was made for young girls who are growing up and on their journey of loving their body for all of the wonderful things it can do instead of how it looks. This book was extremely important to me because, especially as a female athlete, the issues I had because my body didn't look like the models I constantly saw on social media platforms. I really tried to make this book as inclusive and relatable as possible as well.
