Hello, my name is Lucas and my mum is South Korean and my dad is Australian. I was born in South Korea, and let me introduce the country and our culture and tradition. 

These are  Korean traditional clothes called Hanbok, they are very colourful and people wear them on a special celebration. 

Koreans say ''anyounghaseyo'' for hello, and they bow for greeting. I hope I don't forget Korean, so I can talk with my grandparents and aunties and uncles.  I want to say ''Saranghaeyo, halmoni''on the phone to my grandmother.  it means I love you nana. " I miss all my Korean family. 

I really love Korean food. 

I think most of the Korean food is with rice, and there are so many different colourful tasty food.

Kimchi is one of the traditional dishes. It is made of cabbage. Be careful, the taste can be really hot for you because it is all covered with chilly paste. My grandma asked me to eat more Kimchi because she believes it is very good for my health.

My favourite Korean food is Kimbap which is very similar to Japanese Sushi. Korean kimbap is normally warm, and there are lots of vegetables inside. Yum

We celebrate special holidays, one is the lunar New Year to bless the new luck and Korean thanksgiving which is called "Choosuk" to be grateful for the harvest.
On holiday all families get together and share delicious Korean traditional food and play traditional games and have some festivals. Most of the games are team play and I really enjoyed it.  Flying kites called yeonaligi, the board game yutnori, jumping on the board, Neolttwigi, and so much more.   I hope I can introduce how to play to my school friends one day.
