Natalie Moonbeam stretched as she climbed out of bed. Her younger sister, Anabelle, smiled as her older sister finally woke. "Finally! Come on, I overheard Mom saying she has big news!'' Natalie (Natty for short,) reluctantly got dressed and followed Gracie downstairs.

On the way downstairs they met the first oldest, Delanie. ''Hi, Lanie!'' Annie squealed. Lanie quirked a smile. ''Hey.'' Natalie smiled. ''We're heading to Mom and Dad. Do you know where they're at?''  ''They're by the fireplace. Come on!''

Bethany also joined the three other siblings as they gathered around Mom and Dad. ''We're tired of winter, so we're going to take a winter vacation at Florida.'' 

The four children decided to go outside to say bye to their neighborhood. Annie kicked some rocks as they walked around and said bye to their friends. ''I don't want to go,'' she said sadly.

Bethie rubbed her shoulder. ''I know... it would be okay.'' Lanie laughed with Natty as they imagined Florida. The younger siblings sighed with their friends as they thought about leaving their home all winter.
