Once upon a time, there used to be water in the desert, and snakes swam in the water. Everyone except Snake. The snake always wanted to swim in the water, but he always got distracted by his reflection. He thought it was another snake.

He first asked Dog. Dogs used to live in deserts. He told her, "Dog, there is a really weird snake in the water."
"That's just your reflection," says Dog.
Snake disagrees. "But he moves and talks!"

"I'm sorry, but I can't help you. I'm starting to play a game. Maybe you can ask Lizard," suggested Kitten. So Snake went to find Lizard.

"Look, Crab," said Snake. "There's another snake in the water! I don't like it staring at me like that."
"I'm sorry, but I can't help you. I'm doing my exercise. Maybe you can ask Fox," suggested Crab. So Snake went to find Fox.
"Look, Fox," said Snake. "There's another snake in the water! I don't like it staring at me like that."
"I'm sorry, but I can't help you. I'm finding something I lost. Maybe you can ask Owl, he's the wisest of all." suggested Crab. So Snake went to find Owl.

"Look, Crab," said Snake. "There's another snake in the water! I don't like it staring at me like that."

"I know the answer," says Owl.
