Once upon a time there was a boy named
John. He would wake up every morning at
5:30. John plays soccer and runs cross
country for his school. He started playing
soccer when he was 10 years old. He
started running cross country last year in
his 7th grade year. Every morning he at
least runs 2 miles to get better for cross
country. He also does that to stay in shape
for Cross country and soccer.

John lives with his parents because all
of his siblings have moved out. John
lives in a normal 1 story house in a
regular neighborhood. He runs to the
park which has a 1 mile running track
around the whole park so he runs
around that at least twice. Then he runs
back home which is probably a mile.

When he got home his parents were awake. He walked
in all hot and sweaty from his running.John then went
in and got his shower to cool down and to
get cleaned up. After he got out of the shower he went
to his bedroom to get dressed.

After he got dressed, he went and got him
a pop-tart to eat for breakfast. After he got
done eating he went to brush his teeth.
After that it was probably like 7:20. So
then he went to the end of his driveway to
wait on the bus.

John finally arrived to his school. John has 7
classes that he has to go to for his day. His
classes are pretty cool and he has some
friends in most of his classes.

He goes out through his school day and finally
comes 5th period which is his cross country
class. He walked into the locker room and was
talking to his friends. Then he changed into his
running clothes. Well cross country was over
now, so it was track season now. John didn't
really like track, but he loved cross country.

Even know that he didn't really like track he
still tried to do everything he could to work
hard. Even know he wasn't really good either
he kept trying. Even know track wasn't his
thing he was still one of the top runners for
cross country. They would do their running on
the running trail that John would always run to
in the morning.

The coaches would make them run for like 40-
45 minutes every day. Distance, short
distance, sprints and anything else that would
get them better. After they would get done
running they would change and then go to
lunch. After that he would finish his day out
then go back to the parking lot and get on his
bus.
