Hey Aubrey, want to learn about space?
Yeah sure! Why not?
Aubrey and Jordan want to learn about space, so they agree and go ask astronauts to learn what they learned from space.
Mercury.
Mercury is the first planet in our solar system. Its orbital period is about 88 days long. Mercury is also 36.04 million miles away from our sun!
In addition, the length of its day is 59 days. No minutes and no hours. Mercury``````` s radius is about 1,516 miles.
Venus.
Venus is the second planet of our solar system. Venus has high temperatures that reach up to 900 - 800 degrees! Its distance from the sun is about 67.24 million miles away.
Moreover, Venus is the only planet that rotates clockwise. Venus is a terrestrial planet. Why? It has rocky terrain and numerous volcanoes. Its orbital period is 225 days long.
Earth.
Earth is the third planet. This is where we live! In fact, our planet is 4.543 billion years old. Social media is stating that our planet is flat or round. However, its none! Its not round or flat.
Furthermore, our population right now is about 8 billion people. Now, that is a large amount of people.
Mars.
Mars is the fourth planet of our solar system. Its orbital period is about 687 days. Almost 2 years! Its distance from the Sun from Mars is 141.6 million miles.
Also, the length of day from planet Mars is about 24 hours and 37 minutes. Its core is made out of iron and nickel. Mars has two main moons, they are named Phobos and Deimos.
Jupiter.
Jupiter is the fifth planet from the Sun. It is the largest planet in our solar system. Its said that Jupiter is 2 and a half times that of all the other planets in our solar system combined. Jesus!
However, do not think that 50 or 100 Jupiter planets can make the same size as the Sun. It actually takes a thousand Jupiters to make the same size as the sun.
Saturn.
Saturn is the sixth planet of the solar system. Its orbital period is about 29 years! Oh my lord! Its age is about 4.503 billion years old. Saturn```` s surface area is 16.49 billion miles.
In fact, Saturn is well known for having the famous, next earth moon, Titan. Saturn` s radius is 36,184 miles.
