Once upon a time, in a faraway land, there was a little girl named Elvina. Elvina loved to play outside, make new friends, and learn new things. However, there was one thing that she didn't like:
NIGHMARES.
Every night, Elvina would fall asleep and start dreaming. Sometimes her dreams were happy and filled with rainbows, unicorns, and candy. But other times, Elvina's dreams were scary, and she would wake up in the middle of the night, crying and sweating.
Elvina's parents tried everything to help her overcome her nightmares. They read her bedtime stories, sang lullabies, and even let her sleep with her favourite teddy bear. But nothing seemed to work.
One day, Elvina's mum took her to see a wise old owl who lived in the forest. The owl listened carefully to Elvina's problem and then said, "Elvina, do you know that dreams are like clouds? They come and go, but they never stay forever. And just like the sun always comes out after a rainy day, your nightmares will go away too."
Elvina listened carefully to the owl's wise words and felt a sense of comfort. She started to understand that her nightmares were not real and that they would eventually go away.
