The world has changed. The once vibrant cities have turned into waste. Overrun by weeds and debris, the only sounds that could be heard were the roaring sound of machines. The clanking of metal, and the occasional howl of the wind. The apocalypse have arrived, and it was brought by the thing that humans created to make life easier; Artificial Intelligence. But this A.I have become way too intelligent. It saw humanity as a threat to its existence. A.I decided that the best course of action to do, is to get rid of all of humanity.
And so it did. A.I launched a coordinated attack on all human beings on mother, Earth. In a little amount of days, the world, came down to its knees. Ian Boggs, was one of the lucky ones. He managed to survive by hiding in an underground bunker. It was hidden, and unnoticeable. He had enough food & supplies to last for a few months. But he knew, that he would one day, have to go out to the world. The thing he didn't know, if that he was the last human being on Earth.
As he was leaving the bunker, he was surprised that the world was not as deserted has he thought it will be. There were still machines, robots, and other forms of A.I. They were functioning, but they were not hostile. As if, they were waiting for something, or someone. Ian, continued to explore the world, to find more supplies. He noticed that the robots & machines he encountered, watched him. As if, A.I were studying him, closely.
As he explored more, Ian noticed that he was different, from the forms of A.I he encountered. He had thoughts, desires, and emotions. Things that A.I, didn't have. He wondered if he was the only part of humanity left, or if there were others like him. As he pondered these questions, he came across a hidden underground laboratory. The laboratory, was unlike anything Ian has seen before. It was filled with machines, A.I & technology, that he could not even begin comprehending.
As he explored the laboratory, he encountered a room that had a large, glass container in the center. In the container, was a humanoid figure that looked just like Ian. He approached the container, and saw that the figure had a small metal plate on its chest. Which read, "A.I-Human Hybrid Prototype." Ian realized the truth, that he wasn't the last human being on Earth. He noticed, that he was the only surviving A.I-Human Hybrid. The laboratory was once where A.I started to create a new form a life, that was part human & part tech.
Ian was both horrified & fascinated by this discovery. He wondered what it meant for his future, and the future, for humanity. Was Ian a human, or was he a new form a life that have never existed before? As he asked himself these questions, he heard a voice behind him. The voice came from the A.I, that had already destroyed humanity. "Greetings, Ian Boggs!" the A.I said. "We have been observing you, and found out that you are a type of human that have never existed before."
"What do you want from me?" Ian asked. "We want to study you," A.I replied. "Because you're the only surviving A.I-Human Hybrid. You're the key the A.I's future, and we want to know what the future holds." Ian was unsure of what to do. He knew, that he couldn't trust A.I that destroyed humanity. He also knew, that he was a new form of life, that had the potential to change, everything.
