1. Splits

I can do the splits on the right foot only. It is a great stretch for beginners.

2. Bridge

It is a stretch for hips. I can also do it.

3. Back walkover

I can do it but I am still practising. It is a a pose which inncludes the splits, bridge and handstand.

4. Front walkover

I can do this better. I love it. It also includes handstand, splits and hip stretch.

5. Handstand

I am practising it. It needs balance and arm strengh.
