Flake was swimming in the sea. It was nighttime. He was sad and mad.

“I don’t want to go to sleep!” Flake said when he got home. “But if you don’t something bad will happen to you.” his mom said. “ I won’t explain now, because it is bedtime,”.

Flake didn’t want to sleep. “Ugh! I wish
I could just run away, not having to sleep!” Flake muttered to himself angrily.

“Wait a minute! What if I can just do that!” Flake says. And so he ran from his bed.

Flake also walked by his mom. She was an extremely heavy-sleeper. She also snored a whole lot. Flake got a little bothered, but didn’t produce any sound. Not a single creek or bang!

Flake ran to Kelpi Forest Park, and hid inside the new stronger kelp than the last ones last time his cousin came.

It was daytime, and the sun began to rise.

“Breakfast’s ready!” Flake’s mom said, but then she realized Flake was gone. Maybe he was just sleepy? She waited 2 days later. Flake’s mom realized he ran away!

She eventually finds Flake and asked “Why did you leave the house?”. “Sleeping is boring! I want to have fun!” Flake said tiredly.
