He waits and waits. An hour, another one. One hour after. Flake sighs.






He looks in Fins’ house. He looks at Swim’s house. He looks at Crad’s and Tiny’s houses. But he still cannot find them.

He looks at Doris’s and Tuna’s house. But they are not home either.

Nor the sharks.




He also met other familiar acquaintances. He befriended them. Then they were real friends.


But then they were gone.


Flake hadn’t seen any friends or acquaintances. Only his parents, very few orcas, and some dead fish bones.
