STEP 1: Do your research, and find a fun beach near you! Hint: Google is a really good place to start.

STEP 2: Talk to your grown ups about taking a beach day all together. They can help you with finding a beach to go to, and help get everything there!

STEP 3: Once everybody is on board, create a checklist of things you may need! Here is a helpful checklist to get you started for your beach day:

- Swimsuits and extra clothes

- Towels

- Beach toys

- Snacks that you like

- Plastic bag for wet clothes

- Lots of sunscreen!

- Sunglasses

- A full water bottle

- Sandals/flip flops

- A blanket to lay on

STEP 4: Once you have created your list, start to go around your house and pack everything into a bag or two. 

Don't just shove everything in, make sure to 

fold your towels and extra clothes, and check

to see if all of your bottles are closed tight!

STEP 5: Once everything is all packed up, have your grown ups help you put the bags into the car, and get ready to go!

*Tip: make sure to use the bathroom before you leave, the drive might take some time!*
