Poug ran down the hallway. “Whoa, Poug what’s the big occasion?” I asked.
Chapter 1: Tine’s Time For Suprise

“Don’t tell the owner, but I decided you and Hazel could go on a trip with me and the owner!” Poug answered. “OK, I will come if you’re really happy with me,” I answered. Poug wagged his tail and ruffed!
Chapter 2: Pick up The Elderly!

“Poug, I noticed we went left instead of right. Why are we going the other way? It’s confusing.” I said. “Tine, we’re picking up my grandparents. Also known as Grandma and Grandpa,” explained Poug. “What or who are they?” I asked still pretty confused about what Poug was saying. Poug clarified a little more.

Poug showed me a picture of his Grandma and Grandpa. “They are old people. Old people are usually called the ‘elderly’. The elderly have wrinkly skin. They used to be young like humans and animals but grew old and might not have much of a life left, so we should definitely respect them” Poug said. “I see. I get it. I like the information,” I said. “Glad you’ll respect,” replied Poug.

“Wait a second, where’s Hazel?” asked I the little mouse Tine, in case you forgot me. Hazel jumped right in the conversation. “What’d I miss?” Hazel asked curious about the conversation. “We’re just talking about you, Hazel” I responded. Mills then suddenly appeared. Mills hissed as he hit the floor.

We took a small step out of the car, and faster steps as we exited. Poug calmly entered the house as he hid us behind his wrinkly skin. I was excited to see Grandpa and Grandma. “Who are they?” Hazel asked. I said the same thing as Poug told me. We brought the elderly to the airport and the travel started.

It was great being on the airplane. We saw a lot many stuff up high. Poug’s Grandpa told me about some of the places. When we saw the military, Grandma told me and Poug about great grandmother working in World War II. “Wow!” said Hazel hearing the chat.
Chapter 3: Africa-nations
“I’m worrying a bit again. I’m shivering. Can you say your pep talk, Tine?” Poug anxiously said. “You’ll get used to it, Poug. Trust me! Many creatures look weirder than they are. It’s just their own features and differences,” I said.

Poug slowly breathed in and out. But as he saw an African giraffe, the lankiness made him scream! “Oh No!” yelled Hazel. “The more you see it, the more you’ll feel fine as you get used to that thing each time!” I yelled. He felt braver. Poug came back and saw more on the way.

Then zebras were running extremely fast. Hazel and I were small and fast enough to get around, but Poug was too big, so he hopped on each horse, I mean zebra. Sorry, humans!

The owner called us to see the elephants. We snuck behind my pal, and Hazel and I jumped on the elephant. Only Poug saw us.

But as the elephant turned around, the elephant got scared! “Elephants are scared of mice!” I pointed out. “Tine, do you know what this means,” Hazel stared at me. “Yes, a running elephant in terror!” I answered. The elephant ran.

We ran into the sand dunes. Poug chased after us! We jumped to Poug, but tails slipped and bounced back to the elephant! The elephant loudly trumpeted! We were about to fall again! But Poug caught us!

“I am certainly the most tired mouse in Africa,” I said taking time to breathe in and out. “If you’re the most tired one in Africa, I am the sleepiest one in the world!” Hazel exclaimed tired too. Mills hissed at us! “Mills, go home, please!” Poug said.

As we made our way to our homestay, Hazel and I scurried like two little mice, trying to keep up with Poug's slow and steady pace. Suddenly, Mills jumped towards him, but Poug didn't seem to notice. He wasn't as meek as he originally was, but it was given Mills' sudden burst of energy. Overall, it was still an enjoyable walk.

As Poug was uncalmly running, they were about to hit the homestay. Mills hissed and meowed and went to the edge of the roof. Luckily it was a vastly gradual sliding roof. We reached the destination. "It's more like the journey's the destination!" Me, Hazel, Poug even Mills said out loud!

Chapter 4; Homestay sweet homestay

We got inside the homestay. “It’s like home sweet home!” Poug said smelling the air. Mills remained the black cat in the black. “I’m coming, Poug!” I said. Hazel scurried up.

Unofficially Poug’s room.
Poug closed the door as we scurried through the little opening between the door. “Wow, this place also has a mouse hole,” I said going in. “Where are you coming?” Hazel asked.

We fell into the dark hole. “Hazel, this is creepy,” I said. “Can we get out of here?” asked Hazel. It was dark. It was strange we saw each other’s eyes only, but let’s not mind that.

Hazel's and Mine.

We walked further in the dark hole. But we bumped into something. It’s eyes popped up. We got surprised. “Arghhh!” the voice yelled. “Ack!” we yelled back.

Then Hazel realized, the voice came from Pill. Pill felt like an outsider in his family and fell into a deep hole. He was trapped and escaped but felt forever changed and disconnected from his old life. He was also a cousin of Hazel's. As he opened the light, I and Hazel led him out.
