Start early and I stay late, day after day, year after year. It took me 17 years and 114 days to become an overnight success." We are all grateful to you because you are an example to follow today and tomorrow you are always in our mind heres our 10 always- Lionel Messi

Lionel Messi starts his days bright and early at around 6 am. After tending to personal matters, he hops into the shower at 7 a.m. Once he’s ready to go, he enjoys a hearty, healthy breakfast with his family at 8 am. Breakfast items vary, but often, the star football player’s first meal of the day consists of fresh fruit and veggies, whole grains, and orange juice.
After breakfast, Lionel heads out for training at about 9 am. His workout routine consists of multi-directional speed and linear speed training, as well as weight training and stretching. The three main factors that the footballer focuses on include strength, speed, and stretching.

At about midday, Lionel Messi heads back home, where he, his girlfriend, and his kids enjoy a healthy family lunch. Post lunch, the footballer kicks back, relaxes, and takes a much-needed and well-deserved nap at about 1 pm, which lasts until approximately 2 pm.
After his mid-afternoon nap, at about 2 pm, Messi spends quality time with his three sons. At approximately 3 pm, he grabs a snack and then heads back to do some more training. Once he’s completed his afternoon training/workout session, Messi enjoys another rest at about 4:30 pm.

When he isn’t playing a match, Messi has team training around 5 pm, which can last for several hours and may include various activities.
At the completion of evening team training, he heads back home, and at around about 8 pm, has a family dinner.
After spending quality family time, he calls it quits and turns in for the night at about 9 pm for a full night’s sleep.
