“Chipitty Chocolaty Cookie Day”
“ITS COOKIE DAY”, I am so excited.
We are making cookies that have my favorite ingredient.
Can you guess?
Yes!
It’s CHOCOLATE!
chewy & gooey these cookies are the BEST EVER
Below we must follow the directions.
Then we can be our own taste testers.
Ingredients:

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
3. Add eggs one by one and mix the batter after each egg.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; this can make your cookies too tough.
6. Add Chocolate chips to the batter and mix.
Using a cookie scoop or a spoon, drop cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden but the centers still appear slightly underdone. Remember, the cookies will continue to set as they cool, so it's essential not to overbake if you want gooey cookies.
9. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
10. Remove from baking sheet and enjoy with a HUGE glass of milk!
“Nothing Like Buttery Pancakes”
Rise and shine mini chefs
Today is going to be exciting.
With a bowl and a spoon, we’ll make breakfast so cool.
And yes, EVERYONE is invited.
Let’s mix, let’s flip, let’s pile sky high!
Follow the recipe below.
ITS PANCAKE TIME!!
Ingredients:
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
2. In another bowl, beat the egg and then add the buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla extract (if using). Mix well.
3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. It's okay if there are a few lumps in the batter. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the pancakes tough.
4. Preheat a griddle or a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly grease it with cooking spray or a small amount of melted butter.
5. For each pancake, ladle approximately 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot griddle. Use the back of the ladle to spread the batter into a round shape if necessary.
6. Cook the pancakes until you see bubbles forming on the surface, which should take about 2-3 minutes.
7. Carefully flip the pancakes using a spatula and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
8. Remove the pancakes from the griddle and keep them warm. You can place them in a preheated oven at 200°F (93°C) to keep them warm while you cook the remaining pancakes.
9. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding more butter or cooking spray to the griddle as needed.
10. Serve the pancakes hot with your choice of toppings, such as maple syrup, fresh berries, sliced bananas, chocolate chips, or whipped cream.
