To all of my kindergarten students.

Hi! My name is Phoebe and tomorrow is my first day in kindergarten!

To have a successful first day at school, there are many many things we must do first. Come along with me as I get ready for my first day in kindergarten!

The first thing we need to do is make sure we have all of the materials we need for school. Let's check our list to see if we have everything we need for a successful day tomorrow! 

Great! We have everything we need!

Second, we must make sure that we get a full night's rest. Sleep is very important because it is like a superpower that helps us grow strong and smart!

Before we go to sleep, we must brush our teeth to keep it strong and healthy.

Let's brush our teeth and go to bed so we can be ready for tomorrow!

"Good night everyone, I'll see you all tomorrow for school!"

Phoebe was excited for kindergarten but she was also very very nervous.

As she drifted to sleep, she wondered who her teacher will be and who will be in her class. Phoebe hopes her classmates like her because she wants to make a lot of new friends.

These thoughts made Phoebe very nervous and suddenly she was not very excited for tomorrow.

Phoebe woke up, brush her teeth, wash her face, and got dressed all by herself. She didn't ask her mom for help because she's a big girl now and did not need any help dressing herself.

However, she was still very nervous about the first day of kindergarten. 

"What if my classmates doesn't like me mom?" Phoebe shyly asked her mom. 

Phoebe's mom smiled at her and said, "Of course they will like you. Just be the kind girl you are and you will make the friends that's meant for you."

Phoebe felt better after hearing her mom say that. She can always count on her mom to say the right thing.
