T. Calloway: A little about the author:

    My name is T. Calloway and this is my first book. Writing has always been one of my passions. I currently possess a BA in Criminal Justice and an MS in Management & Organizational Leadership. My overall career has been based in Corrections for over 10 years on and off for various reasons.

     August 30, 2023 changed my life forever, I suffered a major health scare. After the health scare, I promised myself that I will live life to the fullest and stop wasting my talent. Today marks the day, I stop procrastination because I don't know what tomorrow holds for me.  I am also discovering new talents in the mist of old. I thank God on today for becoming an author on 11.05.2023. Thank you!

This book consists of both a coloring book / book that encompasses a day at the beach for Kaleb and his family. 

Please use markers, crayons or colored pencils to color your pages. Included are extra coloring pages for you to color as well.

Once upon a time, it was a hot day on the beach as  families started to arrive to enjoy the weather. There was an event going on that allowed for families to spend their day coloring beach-themed pages. They gathered around the table with their coloring books, crayons, and colored pencils. The kids were excited to color pictures of the beach, while the parents were happy to spend quality time with their children. The ride to the beach for Kaleb and his family was long, but they were all excited about coming and couldn't wait to enjoy the day. 

Some of the families used the beach until the event opened up for more participants. Kaleb's mom unpacked and spread sunscreen on herself and him, set up lounge chairs and unpacked their picnic lunch. She allowed for Kaleb to get wet while playing with sand pails in the sand and splashing water on each other. The family laughed and played enjoying themselves.

Another family arrived and they were greeted by the sound of waves crashing against the shore. The sand was warm and soft under their feet. They found a spot to lay their towels and set up their umbrella. The kids ran to the water, eager to jump in. 

Kaleb's parents watched as their child and other children splashed and played in the waves. They took a walk along the shore, collecting seashells and watching the dolphins in the water fly up into the air and back in the water. The sun was hot, so they took breaks in the shade.

As the day went on, the beach became more crowded. The sound of laughter and chatter filled the air. The other families joined together along with Kaleb's family engaging in a volleyball game which allowed for the entire family to make new friends. Kaleb played dodgeball with the other children and he enjoyed running around and falling all over the place.

Some of the seats opened up at the event and Kaleb's family headed over to take a look at the coloring pages. Kaleb chose the octopus coloring page and he went over to the woman running the event to show her. As she got the markers and color pencils Kaleb requested, she asked him, "What brings you to the beach today?" Kaleb responded, "My family planned the trip so that we could have a fun day today and that's just what we had!"
