Introduction
What is a frog?
A frog is a short-bodied animal that can jump high. It has protruding eyes and has no tail. When a frog sticks its tongue out, it's very long.
It is classified as an Amphibian. Its lifespan is 10 to 12 years.

A frog uses its tongue to eat, but what does it eat? A frog eats mice, flies, worms, rats,
dragonflies, and even other frogs.
Types of frogs
Some frogs are colorful and some are not.
Some are big and others are small but they are still frogs.

Where frogs live
Frogs can live in wet places. Tadpoles live underwater, and older frogs live on top of the water. Some frogs also live in woodlands or grassy areas and use the ponds mainly for breeding. Amphibian eggs can only survive in water.
