The man didn't know where to go. He had been
traveling for an hour, trekking towards an unknown
destination. He was just about to give up when he
noticed something. Out of the corner of his eye he
saw a note much like the ones he had read before.
He reached his hand out to grab it. That's when he
stumbled and fell down into a trap. He looked above
him. A mysterious man smirked down at him, a
clenched fist raised. He swung at the trapped man.
The man felt searing pain. Then all he saw was
blackness.

A FEW HOURS EARLIER...
Cole Anderson brushed the hair out of his eyes as he
rode his bike through the neighborhood. He loved the
feeling of air rushing past him as he sped down steep
terrain. This morning was no different. Or at least
that's what he thought.

Cole had just finished biking and he was
accelerating towards home. Just as he pulled up
into his driveway he glanced at a piece of paper
sticking out of his mailbox. Curious, he stepped
over to his mailbox. Reaching his hand out, Cole
opened the box. He carefully unraveled the
paper and read the contents,
"Dear Cole,
I know a lot more about you than you would
think. I have been observing you for a few
months and I have taken a great interest in you.
I know of everything you love. Meet me at the
corner of Johnson and Vale at 6:30 tonight. Or
suffer a terrible fate."

The note was unsigned. Cole decided to go.
Later that day he made the trip to see this man.
It had taken him thirty minutes to get to his
destination. The cold wind made him shiver as
he jogged towards Vale. At 6:28 he approached
the corner. He saw a man dressed in all black.
Cole figured this was the guy who wrote the
note. He stepped toward the man. Cole tapped
him on the shoulder. The man spun around. Cole
could only see his eyes. They were the darkest
shade of brown he had ever seen. The man
quickly reached into his pocket and pulled out
another note. He shoved it into Cole's face and
took off, running at full speed.

Cole stood and read the note,
"HAHA I got you. I have learned even more about
you since I sent that note earlier. I am now in
possession of your prized watch. I have stolen it. If
you want it back meet me at a place an hour away
from here. You can find it. Don't share this with
anyone or you will regret it. I am watching you."
