Good morning. Good afternoon, and good evening.
I'm so pleased to be involved in this collection of children's stories. Kids are fun people, so I do understand why we're liked, admired, and loved big bunches. We're amazing, believable, caring, and dependable. Y'all can count on us to be energetically helpful. When we smile, others are happy. When we need to pray, God always listens. When we want to go fishing and camping, we call our grandpas. When we want the biggest hugs, and the yummiest meals, we sit in the kitchen and wait for our grandmas. I'm sharing my name on page two.

My name is Cassie. I'm the girl with the long black hair.
FYI, the other girl standing beside me, her name is Betsy.
To all her friends she's known as bouncing Betts, which means she's filled with lots of energy. To me, she'll always be my sweetest friend. Aka, besties, now and forever. I think of her as a four-leaf clover.

My teacher Miss Amy is
pleased to introduce my
chapters called, why?
Why are my hands teeny tiny, and mommies are so much bigger? Why are my feet short and small, and daddies are longer and wider? Why is it difficult for me to reach the tallest items I need? Maybe I should ask for a ladder.
Why does Santa have to use the chimney each year when he delivers our Christmas presents? He could use the front door instead. Why do I live in such a big house? It takes a long time to find everyone else. When I go on vacations in the summertime, why does it take forever to get there? Why do I ask so many questions, and who's the smartest person to help with the answers? Why do I need to eat things that are goofy looking, like eggs for example? I'm guessing they're loaded with the healthiest vitamins.
When I'm scared outside, why do I feel safer inside?
Why do the night-time stars float through the sky? Did God give them propellers or wings to fly? Why does the sky need to be blue when God gave us so many colors? Why is all of my family important to me? I can be the one to answer this. It's because they love me and I'm always happy. Why are mommy and daddy allowed to stay up all night, and I have to be in bed so early? Why are oceans so deep? Why are the mountains so tall?
Why do people seem sad sometimes? I actually have the smartest solution for this. I'm sharing a poem to help with that answer, which was written by a Montana author. This is a group of important words which will change those tearful feelings.
"When you wake up in the morning."
When you wake up in the morning and the words are flowing from your creative mind, you know you were meant to write.
When you wake up in the morning and the lyrics are pouring from your powerful voice, you know you were meant to sing.
When you wake up in the morning and there's a constant beat in your feet, you know you were meant to dance.
When you wake up in the morning while feeling relaxed, you know you had a peaceful night's sleep.
When you wake up in the morning with a smile on your face, share this with others who need it.
When you wake up in the morning while remembering it's the weekend, make each minute count while enjoying those energetic moments.
When you wake up in the morning and you're thinking about someone who makes you happy, spread that happiness daily.
With these seven reasons, that sadness is gone.
This is the most comfortable place to relax, and where all the kindness begins and never ends. Home sweet home, now and forever.
On page 10, all that why? doesn't end, until you get to page thirty-eight.
Why does mommy have so many chores each day, while I have fun with my parrot and toys? Parker is my lovable parrot. He's also colorful and cute. When Parker and I were having fun in my room, he repeated a word I had heard, and I didn't enjoy my time out session. While both of us were taught that much needed lesson, Parker wasn't happy with his moment of silence which made him the grumpiest bird. He needs to learn the definition of naughty. I'm thinking that mommy will help him with this. Something way cool about my talented companion, he sings and dances inside his cage, until Cooper, my cat, decides to watch him. Even though he's loudly proud,
he enjoys being a one-bird band.

Here's a learning opportunity for y'all to answer these important questions.
Why do we need churches?

Why are police stations important to us?
Why do we need gas stations?

Why do we need grocery stores?

Why are police stations important for us?

Why aren't these dudes on Americas Got Talent?
It appears they're working on a number one song.
They have a backup group of ambitious singers.
