Prologue
Hello readers! Have you read the original “David and his dogs” book? Be sure that you have read that book to check out this one! Last script from the original book, “One day, when they were trained, David would take them home again…” In this book, you would find out that part…

David loved visiting his dogs every day, he loved to play with them, watch them be trained, help them, give them treats, and most importantly, cuddle with them.

Hi doggies! 🐶

But, even though David visited his dogs frequently, he still missed them a lot and he often cried. He was also normally bored because of that. His parents tried to help him, and he visited them more often, but even with all that, he couldn’t stop crying and being bored.

David always asked his parents and the trainer, “When will my dogs come back?” And they always replied, “In a blink of your eye David! Which means very, very soon.” But they never came. And also to David, he thought that the adults just lied to him and that that moment NEVER came true! He even started to loose hope that they will ever come back!

Now, David was even more bored. He was more bored than ever! And he frequently asked, “What can I do?” And his parents replied, “Whatever you want.” Which to David, wasn’t helpful at all. One day his parents asked David to go to the sofa to talk. They said, “David, we know that you are really bored and miss your dogs a lot, and we miss them too, so we understand. But David, you can’t be like this all day long. So why don’t you go and make some friends? We could take you to the park and you could talk to your classmates at school. Wouldn’t you like that?” “No!” David shouted. “I don’t want any friends! My dogs are my friends!” And he ran away, crying. You could tell that David was depressed.

But one day…

After a while, (which to David it seemed to be forever) good news came! When David visited his beloved “doggies”, the trainer said, “David, I have some awesome news for you!” “What is it?!” David asked in patiently, was it what her hoped it would be?

“Well…” The dog trainer started. “Tell me!” David exclaimed. “Okay! Calm down! So I was saying that your dogs are fully trained! I saw their improvement in everything! And I think it’s already time for your doggies to go back with you. I am also very proud of them! They are so smart! So, do you want them?”
