        Have you ever wondered if the world 

could be a better place? For example, more 

natural, more city like, or more drug-free. In 

this story, you will find out what the greatest 

secret of making the world a better place.

    In the year 2060, there was a boy named John. He 

lived in a world filled with pollution, cancer and drugs. 

So, he always used to wonder how the world could be 

a better place. "Everywhere I go, there is pollution, 

cancer and now, more people than ever do drugs," 

he thought. Maybe there is a solution to all this. If no 

one pollutes the Earth and themselves with drugs, the 

world would be a better place. It would amazing if 

there is a cure to cancer and everyone is healthy. So 

he went up stairs to tell his dad about his possible 

solutions to his question. His dad said,"If the super 

smart scientists couldn't do it, you certainly can't." 

But that did not discourage John. He wanted to try 

out his idea. 

       So then, he went to the nearest laboratory 

with his ideas. While explaining his ideas to a 

scientist, he asked,"How will you do that?" John 

replied," I actually never thought about the 

details." The scientists gave him a dirty look. Then, 

he walked back home with his head hanging down. 

When he arrived home, and it was dinner time, his 

dad asked," So how was the talk with the 

scientists?" John replied," OK" " Did your idea 

work?" his dad asked. "No," John replied sadly. "I 

tried to warn you," his dad said. "I know" John 

replied about to cry.

      Now, John started thinking deeply. If you stop 

the pollution completely, it would be extremely 

difficult to function in our daily lives. But, if the 

pollution increases, people and other animals would 

get more and more sick. At this point, John was 

stumped. Then, John moved to his next idea to cure 

to cancer. Yet again, his solution was not practical. 

After a long time, he finally figured out how there 

might be one solutions to any problem in the world.

     It was love. You need love to help people with 

cancer. If you don't have love and feel 

compassionate, you wouldn't even bother to help 

them. If you love the Earth a lot, you would not 

pollute the Earth. Or at least not try to pollute the 

Earth. And, if you love yourself enough, you wouldn't 

do drugs. But then, John thought,"How do you fill 

yourself with love?" He thought for a little while, then, 

he finally got it! It was transforming. He understood 

that it is important to transform his thoughts, 

actions, and your heart. When you do actions from 

your heart, your actions are more loving! Now he 

thought,"How do I tell the world about this?" Then, 

he drifted quickly to sleep.
