There's a voice on their earphones: "Code Red. Code Red. The president's safety has been threatened."

This is a training exercise.  But ten Secret Service agents quickly act. They crowd around the stand-in president. They lead him to his limousine.

The "president" is now inside Cadillac One—a.k.a. The Beast. He's safe behind plated walls and bulletproof windows. The driver races off.

Secret Service agents are schooled in burning rubber. They take a five-day course. But they must also pass a protective course. And that takes just as long.
