Thursday
I gasped. "You!" The illager yelled in a high pitched voice. "You destroyed my redstone mines!"
Steve laughed. "I'm sorry, who are you?" It snapped it's head in his direction, and Steve fell on the ground, holding his neck and trying to breath. "No!" Mike fell down and tried to help him. He looked up pleadingly at the illager. "Please stop!" He flicked his wrist and Steve sucked in a breath.
I held up my hammer. "Who are you?" I asked. Annoyed, the
illager answered with a bored voice, "I am the Arch Illager, and you will bow down before me."
I held my hammer up higher. "No way."
"Are you declaring war?" He asked. I nodded. "You stubborn child!" He yelled at me. "You will bow down!!!"
I swung and struck him, and he went flying into a wall. "Ow!" He flew up toward the hole in the roof. "Then you will pay the price!" He flew out, and in the room purple poofs revealing undead monsters everywhere.
"Crud." More and more spawned as we did our best to poof them.
"It's looks like we can't win this." Steve said, grabbing us. We poofed and appeared on an upper floor with the exit in sight, but this floor was littered with mobs as well.
He let go of us, and we rushed in and smashed mobs left and right, making our way to the exit.
Eventually, we reached the end.
We ran out and panted heavily.

"Whoo... who was that guy?" Steve asked. We shrugged.
Then, Steve reached into his inventory and pulled out the enchanted map we'd seen on the redstone monstrosity.
"This is what I'd wanted to go in there for." He said. We stared at the beautiful item. "What's it for?" Mike asked. "You can find any person in the world on this, but it's a one time use. I'm going to use it to find my best friend, Alex."
"I know where she is." I blurted out. "You... do?" Steve asked. I nodded. "Yeah, I could bring you to her. Though she's kinda far."
"You knew the whole time?" Mike asked. "Yeah," Steve said, "We'd
never had to go here."
I had a blank expression, and muttered, "Oh."
After an awkward moment of silence, Mike changed the subject. "Well, it's been a long day. We should hit the hay. I'll build the shelter."
Steve nodded. "Tomorow let's get on the road."
Friday
We started on our journey today. I'll see you in a week, Diary.
Friday, a week later...
We arrived at the village, and my parents greeted us. "Luke! Oh, Luke, you're back!" My mother exclaimed. Mike's parents rushed up to us. "Mike!" They hugged him.
Later, Steve came up to me and said, "Bring me to Alex."
I scoffed. "Dude, we just got back from a super long journey. I'm not going on another." I replied; Steve glared at me. "Okay, next time you're on a super long journey and I know where your
final destination is, I won't bring you." I angrily agreed, and explained the situation to my parents. "It'll only be a few days this time." I said.
So, we set off toward Alex's new home, who I haven't seen in so long.
Saturday
We continued traveling today. I was bored. Just grass and grass and trees. "Ugh, this is boring." I informed Steve for the thousandth time.
Eventually, something interesting did happen. We came across a cave. I peered inside. "Hmm. Wanna XP farm a bit?" I asked. Steve shrugged. "Sure."
We went inside the cave, and walked down until we couldn't see at thing. I kept walking, then lit a torch. Right as I lit it, I fell down.
"AHH!" Steve had fallen too. We fell and fell until we landed in a gigantic square room. "It never ends for us." Steve muttered. I held up my torch and we looked around.
It was a big cavern with a green hill in the center. No mobs spawned, even in the complete darkness. "Something's not right." I said. Then, the hill stood up.
It wasn't a hill at all. It was a gigantic zombie. Steve sighed.
I drew my hammer. If only Mike were here, I thought. We could use a Tank right now...
He drew his dagger and poofed on top of the giant zombie. He stabbed it and it roared in pain. It reached up and flicked Steve off, but in mid air he poofed to my side.
I ran at it and used my gained momentum to run up it and jump on to it's arm. I swung and hit it's head.
"AGGGG!!!" It yelled. It tried to punch
me, but I rolled out of the way.
I smashed it's head again and again, then it fell.
Or rather, I fell.
POOF!

"AHH!" I plummeted toward the ground. I closed my eyes and waited for the impact, but then, SPLOOSH, I landed in a puddle of water.
I opened my eyes and saw Steve grinning and holding and empty bucket.
"Steve! You saved me!" He
struck a pose. "That's what
heroes are for: saving noobs."
I scoffed.
