Once upon a time, in a small village called Treasured Vill, there lived a huge, ferocious dragon. The dragon was quite scary. It had scales on its back and dark, blue beady eyes. It was the color of fog, with a tint of sunlight.

Everyone in Treasured Vill was scared of the dragon, and aways made untrue, descriptive stories about him.

One story in peculiar, was about the broken castle, which was the most popular place in Treasured Vill. It broke down and everyone believed it was the dragon.

When a brave girl named Alice heard about this story, she decided to find the dragon and tell him that he needs to stop right away. Alice loved going on adventures, and she dreamed of being a knight. Maybe this was her chance!

One sunny summer's morning, the dragon came out of his nest. Everyone in Treasured Vill started to scream and yell out 'RUN!!!'. The dragon got traumatized and hid behind the cornfields. Alice watched everyone scream and then she slowly but carefully walked over to the dragon.

Alice snuck behind the dragon's back. Somehow, the dragon smelt her and turned around to face her. His nose started to tickle, and the dragon felt a lump in his throat. 'Ah, ah, ACHOO!!' the dragon sneezed out 3 bits of popcorn. Alice wrinkled her nose. 'STOP!' She yelled.

The dragon sniffed. And then big, fat tears started to pour down his big face. 'I'm sorry I keep scaring everybody,' he sobbed, 'But no-one listens to me! I'm really a lonely dragon, with no friends. I wish someone would listen to me.' Alice gasped. She didn't expect this! She put her shield up so that the tears wouldn't pour on her. 'I'm sorry to hear that,' she said calmly. 'I'll be your friend!'.

'Re-re-really?' Sniffed the dragon. 'Of course!' Smiled Alice. 'But please, stop crying, it's a little hard to talk...' 'Oh, right.' Giggled the dragon and stopped crying. But then Alice paused. 'But why did you set the castle on fire?' The dragon gasped. "It was really the lighting one night! I'd never do anything like it!' Alice smiled. So the dragon was nice! The dragon giggled as Alice tickled his nose.
