It's not fair!

When Isaac walked into his new classroom he saw a tall desk without a chair. "I want to sit there," he said to his teacher. "I'm sorry, that's Zain's desk. He doesn't have a chair because he uses a wheelchair. His desk is taller so that his wheelchair will fit under the desk like your chair does." "That's not fair!" replied Isaac. He was mad.
The teacher had an idea. The next day, when all the students came to class, all the desks were replaced with larger desks like Zain's, and all the chairs were removed from the room. When Isaac walked in he was so excited to see that he had a bigger desk! "Where is my chair?" he asked the teacher. "I wanted to make it fair, so just like Zain everyone only has a big desk. Isaac wasn't sure how he felt about this...

It's not fair!
By the end of the day, Isaac was tired of standing at his big desk. "I want a chair so I can sit!" he said. The chairs were made to sit at smaller desks, so, when he sat in them, he couldn't see or reach anything on his tall desk. The only way he could get any work done was to stand up. "It's not fair that I have to stand up all day! I want my old desk so I can sit back down!"
The teacher thought long and hard about what to do. Isaac thought it was unfair for Zain to have a bigger desk. When everyone had the same desk as Zain, they wanted a chair to sit in. The school didn't have chairs big enough for the students to see over the big desks. The teacher thought about the problem he was facing and came up with a brilliant idea that he thought would fit all the needs of his students.
