Chapter 1
Noel impatiently strode across the living room of her family’s cosy cabin. “What is it this time, Xavier," she asked her older brother as he slammed the newspaper down. She sighed picking it up awaiting the worst, she jumped in surprise.
The headline read Nathen French she gasped aloud “What is it, dearest?” her mother questioned peering over her shoulder.
Nathen French was an extremely smart man, in fact he was one of the smartest. He had disappeared leaving no sign of him or his family. Noel sighed and pulled on her shoes “I’m going for a ride," she announced.
As she allowed her horse to go into a gentle gallop, her mind drifted back into the past when she was just a 6 year old little by little the village folk had abandoned the little village to go to the city of Evillian located in Vasputian. “Vasputian, this Vasputian that is always ruining my life.” she muttered under her breath.
Her horse slowed to a trot and whinnied at what was confronting them looking up she saw the village. She panicked her parents had forbidden her to ever go near the village for the reason that the villagers had left was because of being hypnotized-by the Vasputins.
Noel looked closer; she couldn't help herself; it was her old home which they had abandoned to go to the little cottage in the forest in solitary. She tied her horse up to a nearby post leaving the horse plenty of space to graze. When she opened the door; her eyes widened in shook...
Chapter 2
The house looked as if it had been robbed there was a Goliathian-styled frame with a portrait of her CAR family–cracked she touched the portrait tears coming to her eyes.
She heard something... It sounded like a young child crying. She lifted a blanket and found a baby; her eyes widened.
She heard footsteps, and she hurriedly scuttled under the table. A man entered and picked up the child. Noel studied the face of the man, memorizing it as if she were a genius.
Why did that man look so familiar? The questions pounded in her mind. After the man left she waited five minutes. She cautiously crawled out next to where the baby was. She found a note that said "R drop tev zaxp mvco dvavp Signed Nathen “of course! He had to write it in Vasputain.
It took her about 15 minutes to figure out it meant "I will be back next week” she noticed that she hadn't seen it there when she had entered. Nathan had probibly left it there; she thought
