I will dedicate this book Myself.
I will also dedicate this book who dreamt to study in the USA.

Hello! My name is Amara babu Kolluri. I born in India, AP on October 11, 2002.
My dad is Srinivasa Roa Kolluri, a Agriculture Farmer and My mom is Lakshmi Kolluri, a house wife.
I had a older sister is Deepthi Kolluri, a software engineer in India.
I am a Sophomore student in University of Memphis.
Before I was even born, my parents had a big dream for me. They wanted me to go far from home, study in the United States, and build a successful life there.
This dream wasn’t just a random wish—it was inspired by my father’s older brother, who moved to the USA in the late 1990s. He worked hard, faced challenges, and created a good life for himself. His success showed my parents what was possible if someone took risks and pursued education abroad. They wanted the same for me: a chance to dream big, grow, and succeed in a world full of opportunities.

After finishing school, my desire to study in the USA grew stronger, thanks to my mother’s encouragement.
She often reminded me of this goal, helping me believe in my potential and see new possibilities for my future.
I began to see the USA as more than just a faraway country—it became a place where I could grow, learn, and achieve my dreams.
With a clear goal in mind, I researched the steps I needed to take to study in the USA. I learned that I would need to pass two important exams: the Duolingo English Test and the SAT.
These exams were essential for applying to universities in the United States, and I approached them with a mix of excitement and nerves. I worked hard, preparing for months, studying vocabulary, practicing reading and writing, and solving math problems. I believed I was ready.
But my first attempt was a harsh reality check—I failed both exams. The news hit me like a wave, drowning my confidence and leaving me feeling lost and defeated. I had built so much hope around passing these exams that when I failed, I felt as though my dreams had slipped right through my fingers.
I became overwhelmed with disappointment and fell into a period of sadness and self-doubt. The pressure I felt, the sense of failure—it all took a toll on my mental health.
In the middle of this tough time, my family encouraged me to get help, so I went to see a doctor. During our talk, he gave me advice that surprised me. Instead of telling me to study harder, he suggested that I had to add physical activity to my daily routine.
He said, “Take time to walk, exercise, and do yoga. Physical and mental health are connected, and a balanced life can help you think more clearly.” His advice really struck me. I realized that to reach my goal, I needed to take care of my whole self—not just focus on studying.
