Chocolate Mudslide

This dish is a classic and you will love it!
This recipe comes all the way from the muddy streets
of London. Children would play for hours in the rain
and mud. The bottom of their shoes inspired their
mothers to create the ultimate chocolate, muddy
dessert. It was traditionally eaten as a Sunday
afternoon treat as everyone was getting ready for a
long week ahead at school.
The natural, earthy ingredients makes this cake
healthy as well as totally delicious. Be warned, it is
impossible to have just one bite!

Ingredients:
300g chocolate
500 g mud
250g flour
200g butter
3 eggs
1tbsp vanilla essence
150g green grass (plus extra to garnish)





Procedure:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.
2. Melt the chocolate with the butter.
3. Mix all the other ingredients and add the
melted batter.
4. Fold in the batter until you have a
smooth consistency.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking
tin.
6. Bake for 40 minutes.
7. Once cool, sprinkle grass over the top.




Sticky Mallows
This South American sticky, delicious creation will
quickly become a firm favorite of yours.
So,let your parents step back and give you ultimate
control! This dish will put you in the driving seat of the
kitchen. You will have your friends begging you for the
recipe. The stickiness of the marshmallows works
perfectly against the chewiness of the bugs and
gummy worms.
It won't be long before you
realize that this is a sticky,
exciting, culinary success!

Ingredients:
500g marshmallows
250g golden syrup
200g bugs (the chewier the better)
150g sugar
100g melted chocolate
200g gummy bears
50g flour
1tbsp vanilla essence




Procedure:
1. Melt the chocolate.
2. Mix the chocolate with the other
ingredients.
3. Place batter into a shallow dish.
4. Put in the fridge and leave there to
cool for at least an hour.
5. Cut into square pieces.
6. Enjoy!
