
One morning, Ben woke up feeling bad because he had forgotten to pack his school bag the night before.



His little brother was already awake, jumping around the room and playing with his toy box.

"Can you help me?" Ben asked. "I need to get my bed made and grab my things for school."
His brother nodded and handed him a bit of help, but he was more interested in playing with his toy truck. Ben grabbed a big jacket from the chair and threw it in the bag. He wasn't happy with how messy everything seemed.


The bus was already waiting outside, so he rushed to the door, but as he stepped out, he noticed his favorite black shoes were missing. "Oh no!" he thought, "I'll have to wear these old ones, but I don't like them."

Still, he knew that the school day had to start, so he quickly jumped on the bus, hoping the rest of the day would be better than the morning
