Pumpkin Pants liked to dance. He practiced all day long to
perfect his cool dance routines. He'd spin on his head, spin on
his back and wave his legs in the air.
With his fresh new shades and groove machine, he decided to
set off for Hippo City to show those hippos his crazy moves.
With a hip and a hop and a flipperty bop he danced all the way
to Hippo City.

After several hours of dancing Pumpkin Pants finally made it to Hippo
City where he met the Hippo King.
"Yo," shouted Pumpkin Pants. "I just danced my way from Funky Town
and wanted to show you hippo's some cool crazy moves in my pumpkin
pants. You dig? Fresh."
The Hippo Mayor looked up and down at Pumpkin Pants and shook his
head. He then tutted as he watched Pumpkin Pants twist and turn
whilst getting down to his groove.
"Shameful," said the Mayor. "What an absolute disgrace! We won't
allow this sort of foolery in Hippo City. You'll have to move along. Try
the Ant Farm up the road. And take those awful pants with you!
Absolutely shameful. What would the Queen think? My reputation
would be in tatters."

Not feeling too disheartened Pumpkin Pants danced his way out
of Hippo City.
"Man, those hippo's are missing the beat!" Said Pumpkin Pants.
"They've skipped the groove and have no moves."
Pumpkin decided to take his show to the Ant Farm as the Hippo
King had suggested.
"Maybe those Ants have more cool to join me in a jig or too."
Said Pumpkin Pants as he danced his way to the Ant Farm.

After many hours Pumpkin Pants finally made it to the Ant Farm
hoping they would join him for a jive and a jig.
But no sooner had he arrived Mother Ant came running over to
him.
"Will you turn that racket down!" She demanded. "We've only just
got the children to sleep and they'll be cranky if they don't get
their afternoon nap."
"Forgive me please," replied Pumpkin Pants. "I don't want to
cause any upset, I just wanted to show you Ants my cool crazy
moves. I guess I'll dig myself out of here."
"The faster the better," said Mother Ant. "Why don't you try Cow
World up the road."

Leaving quietly but still dancing, Pumpkin Pants moved and
grooved his way out of Ant Farm and headed towards Cow
World as Mother Ant had suggested.
"Those Ants want peace and quiet and they shall have peace
and quiet," said Pumpkin Pants. "I'm gonna smooth myself to
Cow World and show those Cow's how to bust a wicked move or
two."
When the Ant Farm was safely in the distance Pumpkin Pants
cranked up the volume on his groove machine to full blast, and
proceeded to bust some slick moves on his way to Cow World.
